Pink Discharge- labour or not?

Over the past 8 hours I've had 2 small amounts of pink watery discharge show on my pad and when I've wiped. This hasn't been thick at all but very watery. (Ps been wearing a pad due to leaking a lot of watery discharge in general ovwr the past few days) Could this be my mucus plug or my waters slowly breaking?

I've also had incredibly painful cramps this evening that came and went for about an hour but they were extremely painful. (Between 9 and 10pm) Just woken up now and had another small amount of pink watery discharge when I've wiped and more cramping has started, not as bad as a few hours ago but still enough to nake me wince a few times. Each time i get these 'cramps' I do feel quite nauseous and hot/flushed at the same time.

Is this the start of labour maybe?

Sounds more like waters breaking. You should contact maternity triage.

I ended up managing to fall asleep around 2.30am and haven't had any super painful cramps since, however my back is aching badly /constantly and keep getting some stomach tightenings. Will see if it gets worse or more intense over the morning. Seems to come and go so maybe I'm in the super early stages 🤔

If your waters have broken then it becomes an infection risk after 48 hours so you need to checked out.

I had this pink watery discharge with cramps and went to hospital to get it checked, there’s a very quick test they can do to check whether it’s amniotic fluid or not. Mine wasn’t and they sent me off, it was all early labour related though and baby arrived 2 days later!

Does sound like somethings are starting to happen and closing in on labour
Definitely not your mucus plug though as that's not watery at all!
If you're worried about it being waters get it checked out, but if you've been having water discharge then it's probably just that mixed with some cervical changes I'd imagine
Good luck op!
