Symptoms during pregnancy

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and getting the below symptoms:

Brown spotting
Cramps
Ache on right pelvic
Sore breasts
Food aversion

Are these normal during early pregnancy?

They seem normal to me.

I would only watch out of for the aching on one side. If it becomes painful and radiates to your shoulder then go hospital.

The aching is more like a stitch pain, had no shoulder pain yet.

It is my first pregnancy so not sure what to expect, thank you.
