Tbh I don't think PCOS made the blindest bit of difference to my pregnancies. I didn't have gestational diabetes either time, though I am most definitely insulin resistant normally.

My babies were on the chunkier side, but were in line to be similar size to my sister's babies (also has PCOS, but less severe than my own. No GDM). I did develop pre-eclampsia in the latter stages of pregnancy both times, but AFAIK PCOS isn't a risk factor for it.

I have PCOS and wasn't diagnosed with gestational diabetes for my first pregnancy. I'll be tested in December for this one.

I have two friends with PCOS who didn't have GD and one tiny friend who's less than 7 stone who did get it. PCOS is a risk factor but not a guarantee you'll get it. Good luck!
