I am pregnant with my 2nd (7 weeks) and I am worried that something isn't quite right, I have had literally no symptoms this pregnancy and my last I was physically sick everyday from week 5 - week 14. I have not had any cramping, bleeding etc so no reason to think anything is wrong, I guess just with no symptoms I'm worried I will go to my 12 week scan and they'll ay there's no heartbeat. I'm not sure what I'm looking for posting this, maybe just some reassurance

I never had no symptoms with any of my four! No sickness cramps heartburn not even cravings and they all came out healthy and fine. I know it’s hard but try not to worry everything is probably fine.

Thank you, I think it's mainly because I had terrible sickness with my last one and nothing now. If I had nothing with my first, I wouldn't be so worried.

I am the opposite of you 😂 Baby 1 I was never sick... and boy did I take it for granted. Currently 8 weeks on Baby 2 and feel nauseous when I'm hungry, but vomiting and diarrhea immediately after I eat. It's super fun when I have an 18 month old toddler.
