I'm 30 weeks and starting to wonder if a sensation I've experienced for several weeks now, occasionally, has been Braxton Hicks, as they have gotten stronger recently. It's like a squeezing feeling from the inside, which I originally thought was baby pushing firmly against me or actively squeezing something with his hand. The feeling was originally very localised to just one spot at the top of my belly, to the right of centre. Then I would occasionally feel it in a localised spot at the bottom of my belly to the left. Often I could trigger it or make it stronger by resting my hand on that spot. Recently the sensation starts in one spot and then spreads across my belly or down, which sounds more like Braxton Hicks. This evening I am feeling it throughout the top half of my belly in waves. I'd just like to know as I've confidently stated so far that I haven't felt any but maybe I'm wrong!
