Low HCG levels for number of weeks/ PCOS Contributor?

Has anyone experienced this? Yesterday I had blood work and am at 351 UI/L and the first date of my last period was August 23rd. The doctor's system puts me at 9 weeks, but when they checked for the heartbeat there wasn't one and she said not to worry as I may have ovulated later and the pregnancy could be younger at 5 weeks.

A couple of months earlier, I had blood work done that was conclusive for PCOS.

So maybe this is a factor as well?
Thanks!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Do you have irregular periods? I know PCOS can often cause that, and if so, it's conceivable that you ovulated later than the dates would suggest.

When did you first get a positive test?

I assume you weren’t tracking ovulation? When did you first get a positive test?

My first positive test was at home 2 days ago. Blood tests were done yesterday.

I have always been regular but since may barely had a period and it was apparently due to a cyst that disappeared in August.

I used flo app but otherwise no ovulation tracking. I tried for a month with at home tests but they were always negative so gave up.

Update:
My first positive test was at home 3 days ago. First blood tests were done 48 hours ago at 351 UI/L and now the second done today at 925 UI/L.

I have always been regular but since May, I barely had a period and it was apparently due to a cyst that disappeared in August.

I used flo app but otherwise no ovulation tracking. I tried for a month to track ovulation with at home tests but they were always negative so gave up. I assumed I was going to need to do IVF at some point.

So now just not sure what to make of the levels.

Its not about the starting number but how it doubles, yours have more than doubled within the recommended time frame so I would be happy with that progress and congratulations i know how nerves wrecking those bloody blood tests are!

With your periods being up the wall since may and having pcos (i do too) sounds like you are earlier than 9 weeks. Xxx
