Is this early pregnancy, has anyone experienced this??

10 days late on period, then started off with brown discharge, then pink spotting then bleeding for 2 days. Now having sore breasts and feeling nausea. I've done several tests but coming up negative. I'm booked in on Tuesday at the doctors for bloods. I've never expirenced anything like this before, what could it be?

I am currently 2 days late for my period. I took a test Monday 05/01/26 and got a second line pretty much straight away. I then tested negative for 2 days after that. Then I used a first response again the same as Monday and got a very faint second line on Wednesday. Everyday since then I have tested negative or sometimes seen what I thought was a faint line. I have had all pregnancy symptoms and I am cramping just now but no period. I wondered if anyone else has experienced this and could give any advice. Thank you.
