After past losses, I’m currently approaching 29 weeks which is amazing but I find the whole process anxiety inducing.

After getting through the 1st, 2nd trimester.
I now find myself in the 3rd trimester worrying about movements, patterns, leakages (sorry TMI). I’ve got myself in a tizzy this morning thinking I’m leaking fluids.. I have suffered with incontinence for a few weeks but now convinced myself this morning the smell is different so it must be something to worry about!!!

Also I’ve suffered with leg cramps, had to call MAU last week as I thought it could be DVT!

Sorry for the rant, would just love to enjoy pregnancy x

Well in this scenario I would call triage to check that it's not your waters if you think the smell has changed. And then all you can really do is keep a close eye on movements, and know that things are probably fine as long as they are moving as when things go wrong and they are sick they want to conserve energy and sleep, the same as we do. But I think it's also ok to acknowledge that it is a stressful time - you've had losses, and now you're close to the end, and you won't truly relax until you're holding your little one. One day at a time x

I'm exactly the same, I'm 21 weeks now after a loss at 19 weeks and I'm on edge all the time!! 😢 This baby is super active so when she goes quiet I lose my mind!! I just wait and pray for movement and start planning going to the hospital in my head, it's exhausting 😩 I'm the same with fluid loss aswell, my last loss was due to pprom so any slight wetness and I start spiraling!! I'm literally just taking it a day at a time, I have little milestones to hit in my head so 20 weeks was a big one, next is 24, then 28 and so on. But I have noticed the further on I get the more anxious I am, I think because I'm bonded with this baby now and it's more to lose if that makes sense?
Have you started planning and buying stuff for baby yet? I've been holding off obviously because of last time but I find looking at stuff and imagining her being here actually helps me to relax a little bit, I guess it's admitting to myself that this may actually happen this time?!! 😬 x
