Should I be worried??

I was diagnosed with severe polyhydramnios at 31+5 and went back today for a repeat scan to check the situation.

The scan showed that the polyhydramnios has returned to normal levels, but the baby has not grown in 2 weeks.

should i be worried about the lack of growth and also is it possible that the scan was wrong as my midwife seems convinced im full of fluid.

many thanks

What weight is the baby now? At 31+5 you should be carrying about a 4lb baby. Perhaps he was big two weeks ago? Perhaps he's just not growing in a linear fashion, most babies don't.

It's good news that your polyhydramnios is better - is there any indication of the reason it occurred though (did you have an amnio?)

Why not just ask for another scan and ask specifically about what centile your baby is on?

I have another scan in 2 weeks time and a doppler in a weeks time. Baby was 4.7lb at 31+5 now at 33+5 its 4.8lb. No reason to indicate why the poly occured. torch clear, ggt neg etc.

Well that just sounds normal. It's possible that your baby was mis-sized last time around if he's now normal - if I were you I wouldn't worry too much - growth scans are not terrible accurate anyway.
