First trimester - fainting

I nearly just fainted on the tube. Avoided it by asking a lovely couple for help in getting off and finding a seat. Is that something I should tell my midwife? Or is this standard for a first trimester?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Definitely mention it, that’s not normal at all

Possibly need to get your iron levels checked

I fully fainted at week 13 on the bus. My midwife and GP weren’t worried as a one off but said to let them know if it happened again. They also prescribed iron tablets. It’s worth telling them and asking for a blood pressure check, but I wouldn’t be too concerned as it’s common in pregnancy. I now carry water and snacks with me and always make sure I’ve had a glass of water and eaten something before I leave the house. Now on week 17 and it hasn’t happened again thankfully.
