Has anyone fainted during glucose test and everything has been alright with the baby? I had healthcare assistants around me. Im just really paranoid. Im still feeling movements so thats a good sign. No pains. Little bit of a tender back as i landed on my back from what i can tell. Thank you

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Everything will be ok, you clearly was in the best place with the best people!

As long as theres no pain, bleeding and theres movements i think baby will be absolutely fine!

I didn't quite faint, but I felt terrible about an hour in and went to the desk and immediately had to sit on the floor otherwise I would have fainted. They got a wheelchair and put me on a bed for an hour. I'm pregnant again with my 2nd and have an early test in a few weeks and dreading it, so my mother in law is coming with me

Sorry for the late reply busy family life 🤦‍♀️ I always dread them too as ive had to have them on all of them. Ive only ever felt a little weak having them as im hungry so this was the first for fainting during one. Was scary. Do you have it at 16 weeks?

I had one at about 14 weeks this time, results came back ok, but I drank a lot of water during the test as they also wanted a urine sample for something else, so my midwife has told me to get another one about 22 weeks ish. I felt ok in the test this time, but awful when I got home

The first time I took the test I felt absolutely terrible. I almost fainted and threw up. With this pregnancy, my midwife let me use "The Fresh Test". I found out about it because a friend of mine in the states used it and said it made it her experience so much better. I tried it and she was right... it was amazing and didn't make me feel near as sick as the other one! I recommend looking into it!
