Has anyone in early pregnancy experienced retching without necessarily being preceeded by nausea? I’m 7w4d and get some nausea but primarily just random retching!

I struggled with this so bad at 7 weeks! I still have random retching now at 36 weeks😅
I had 3 days of bad nausea, but i couldnt stop retching at everything!
If i was cooking meat id retch, partner farted? Retch.
Opening packaging? Retch.
It was horrendous early on my OH would just laugh at me🤣

Id like to say it does get easier!!! I have it every so often now! Its not as bad! Its only if theres a very strong smell i'd retch🤣
