ketones 3 plus & leukocytes

I’m 37&6 and had midwife today. My ketones were 3 plus and there was leukocytes in my urine. She’s sent it off to check for infection but I’m worried about the ketones and the possibility of undiagnosed GD.

Terrified if this is the case I’ll have a huge baby.

Someone please talk me down

Was glucose picked up? Have you been on a very restricted diet? I always test positive for ketones and it's never anything important. Even if it is a big baby, it doesn't mean it's an issue. More to push against! X

I always had ketones in my water because my scans were early morning and I never felt up to eating breakfast before them.
