Pregnant Skin Therapist doing treatments

Hi everyone,
I’m a self-employed skin therapist and have just found out I’m about 4 weeks pregnant.

I’m trying to work out what treatments I can safely continue performing. I’m getting really mixed information online and from other therapists — especially about things like CACI (microcurrent) and Diathermy (advanced electrolysis).

Some sources say I shouldn’t do any electrical or radiofrequency-based treatments while pregnant, others say it’s fine with PPE and gloves. I’m really confused! (I use gloves anyway)

Because I’m self-employed, if I stop these treatments completely, I’ll lose a big part of my income — they’re my most popular services.

Are there any other beauty or skin therapists here who continued to perform CACI, Diathermy, or similar electrical/energy-based treatments during pregnancy? What did your insurer or training provider advise?
thanks.
