where exactly does the milk come out from?

i was jsut wondering, i have made a few leakages, and trying to figure otu where the milk is coming from, i thought it all came out from oen place, altho the stains on my clothes say otherwise.

afaik, it comes out loads of tiny holes around the nipple. Not what I expected either, lol!

If you are expressing, yo ucan see it. Tis amazing!

It's not one hole, more lots really on the tip of the nipple. If you try to express a little you might see it come out.

There are ducts in the breast that release breastmilk through about 3 to 5 "holes" in each breast nipple

interesting... i didnt know this,kinda makes sense my breast pads are like super massive!

so when ur feeding your baby, can u end of squirting him/her in the face?

yup! only when they come off though. my best was hitting my mums overmantle mirror from 10 feet away

YEs if the baby unlatches and turns away to look at something more interesting just as the let down comes. Otherwise, is more of a dribble than a hose-like spray.

I did manage to get someone sitting next to me at the health clinic once. I don't think she noticed though
