Faint positive on one test, negative on others. Anyone had the same happen? Had 2 MCs last year so would love some positive stories :)

I was due on my period on Saturday, still no period however have been waking up with a full bladder really early in the morning (similar to the times I was pregnant with my MCs). I feel nauseous as well and I am usually never late on my period. Flo says I ovulated on the 5th and the last time we DTD during my fertile window was the 6th of this month. I got the faintest positive on one test yesterday and negatives all on the other ones I have done. Could I be pregnant? It’s been over a year since my last miscarriage so I’m praying that I am pregnant but would love to hear stories of people that have had similar experiences and ended up pregnant. Any advice is also greatly welcomed x

I haven't been in a similar situation and I am sorry to hear of your previous MC's .
Maybe take abother test the afternoon and in the morning.
I didnt start to feel sick until around 9 weeks but everyone is different. My only symptom (which i didnt know at the time) I was at work and my lunch didnt curb my hunger and I ate another sandwich and a cheese scone 😂 didnt even think about it. Then at **1 day past my period due I was packing to go on holiday and was like were is AF? I did a random test I had in the draw and it showed a positive within seconds. That was 1 day past missed period.
