Think I have line eyes but wondered if anyone can see anything? All tests have been negative.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
TemporaryName123 · 17/10/2025 22:14

I can for sure!

Neveranynamesleft · 17/10/2025 22:16

Yes

mumto3kids01 · 17/10/2025 22:18

It’s so strange because the other tests I’ve done are stark white negative! So confused. Thinking it might be a dodgey test

very rare to have a false positive.

Try first thing in the morning.

autumn2025 · 17/10/2025 22:29

There’s defo a line there!

mumto3kids01 · 17/10/2025 23:08

Hi OP,

are these wandfo tests?

this was my first false positive with them and had several more. I know it’s so blooming heartbreaking when you get false positives but they do happen more often than people think.

I really hope this isn’t the case for you, just preparing you for the possibility. X

Yes they are wandfo. All others have been negative no hint of a line so I think this one out the pack was just a dodgey test

That looks like a proper pink positive @AiRoo , are you sure it wasn't a chemical? Crazy if not!

AiRoo · 18/10/2025 09:22

@Bineganzeameendee yes definitely not a chemical. Like OP all other tests I took after on the same day were stark negatives.
when I went on Amazon reviews it seems it happens a lot with wandfo.

really disheartening x

mumto3kids01 · 18/10/2025 10:26

This is the second brand of tests that I’ve had that give false positives. Cant trust them now.

OP posts:
mumto3kids01 · 19/10/2025 23:37

Tested twice again today and got these. But just done another and again it’s white negative. Think I need to try a different brand of tests. Any reliable recommendations?

Morrison's cheapies are good ime. The line wasn't dark but it was genuine as I'm 19 weeks along today.

mumto3kids01 · 20/10/2025 16:12

I don’t have a Morrisons near me. I got one from Tesco and it’s negative so think I’m out this cycle.

Strange. I never had an issue in 5 months wit Wondfo. Found them really clear and easy to read; I’m sorry if you’re having false positives.

@AiRoo did you find a medical reason for such a strong positive indication of HCG in your system?

AiRoo · 21/10/2025 05:15

@EmPeEf no I didn’t, because there wasn’t any HCG in my system and nothing that would imitate its chemical structure either. Every other test I did at that time was negative.

ive attached a snapshot of other reviews from Amazon, I wasn’t the only one.

this was in the summer of 2024, I posted that picture on mumsnet back then to warn people of a potential bad batch/product. I got so much hate. Saying it was an obvious BFP and I was just attention seeking….. I wasn’t, it wasn’t a chemical, I wasn’t pregnant, simply a faulty test.

In that review the person got a false positive on an easy at home at the same time?

AiRoo · 21/10/2025 09:03

@EmPeEf that’s an ovulation test
