Hey everyone — this might be TMI but I have to share because I swear this made the difference for me. The month I finally got my BFP, I had so much EWCM — like, a shocking amount compared to normal.
What I did differently that month:
- Drank loads more water (and cut down caffeine)
- Started seed cycling + added good fats (avocado, flax, etc.) (see blog post below for the instructions I followed)
- Took a probiotic and focused on gut health
- Used a fertility-friendly lube instead of regular
Not sure which one did it, but something clearly worked because I ovulated right on time and got a strong positive after months of nothing.
