Nausea tips

Hi 👋
I am 5 weeks pregnant and getting waves of nausea! I have a 19 month old and have had 4 other pregnancies (losses at various stages) and never had sickness or nausea. The nausea goes away for 5 minutes whilst I eat but that's pretty shortlived 😂

Any tips? I was talking to a friend earlier outside and just wanted her to shut up so I could get sick haha even though I'm not physically getting sick.

I found sipping iced cold water and eating ginger biscuits helped 😂

I suffer from nausea due to medication & find gin gin's really good - a ginger sweet you can buy in holland & barrett

Travel wristbands are when worn properly on the acupressure point are very effective.

Interesting. I'll have to wear long sleeves 😂
