3+ weeks on clear blue pregnancy test when period is only 2 days late?

I took a pregnancy test two days before my period was due and it said 1-2 weeks on the clear blue digital test. I just took another one today when I would be about 4 weeks 2 days pregnant and only 4 days since I last took the test and it’s up to 3+ already? Is this anything to worry about? It just seems like a big jump in a short amount of time. When I had a look online molar pregnancy came up as a sign of high HCG but so far I’m feeling fine, no bleeding or cramping. Maybe I’m just over thinking it? Just to add I was tracking ovulation and we were trying so I’m sure of my dates.

Hello. It is probably nothing to worry about.
Maybe you've got a multiple pregnancy though?

@TheBroonOneAndTheWhiteOne that did cross my mind but I have no pregnancy symptoms at all, no nausea or sickness just a bit tired. I guess it still is early days and that could all change over the next few days. I also had a miscarriage over the summer so I think that’s why I’m a little more anxious than I might normally be.

I have a freind recently that had twins in March and she had no symptoms what so ever the only sign she had was her belly growing and of coirse the heavyness of the baby's and feeling the movement later on in pregnancy. No morning sickness or achey boob's nothing!
Its hard but try not to worry!
Wish you luck xx

Maybe mention it to your midwife when you book in? They likely won’t be interested in digital tests, but ruling out a molar pregnancy might be a good idea.

However everyone has different levels of HCG, and I believe in the thousands is still perfectly normal for 4 weeks. So fingers crossed it’s just a strong, normal pregnancy.

@Orangeroses243 that’s so interesting. Were her pregnancy tests particularly dark?

@EmPeEf yes I can’t imagine they’ll take the digital test too seriously but will definitely keep an eye out for any worrying symptoms that might indicate a molar pregnancy but hopefully as you said it’s just a healthy pregnancy 🤞🏼
