Can't see why not, plenty of women take aspirin and a prenatal.
If you want, take the vitamins in the morning and the aspirin in the evening (supposed to have a better effect that way anyhow)

@melamela22 I've been taking those pregnacare throughout. I was on 75mg aspirin from 5 weeks and then consultant said to go to 150mg from about 14 weeks. What would the issue be?

Thank you so much it makes me worry as my first baby and if you read on google it says that you cant have them together. Thank you for easing my stress

I checked this out with the hospital as I read similar about omega 3 and I was on aspirin and clexane. They were really unsure about it to be honest! In the end a doctor did some research and came back to me deciding that it would be fine 🤷🏼‍♀️. I've had 2 babies now and all fine and no issues with bleeding etc despite all the blood thinners I was on alongside omega 3.

My haematologist advised to take the omega 3 every other day as a precaution.
