Does a pregnancy safe face exfoliant product exist? Any recommendations welcome.

as long as it doesn't contain camphor (ouch) I wouldn't think twice about it.
whyever should it be 'unsafe'?

Are you thinking because salicylic acid isn’t recommended? You can use glycolic acid based cleansers instead if it makes you nervous.
