Is this implantation bleeding?

Hi everyone

I'm a week late on my period and I've been having this spotting when I wipe. It's bright pink and it's not heavy. I haven't tested yet, just having some mild shooting pain in my lower back for the last week or so.

Could be, could equally be pre period spotting, no one here can really tell you. Only way to know is to test
