Just wanting to get other thoughts on this - my booking in appointment isn't for another 3 weeks and no idea when my first scan will be.
Based on the dates of my last period and what my tracking apps say I'm just over 7 weeks pregnant.
I'm sure I ovulated 1st September and conceived around then as well. I took a clear blue test on 18th September and that said 1-2 weeks pregnant.
Going off this, am I right in thinking I'm 3/4 weeks along rather than 7? I'm using apps that gives weekly updates on babys development and I'm just wondering if I'm following the right stages

Clearblue displays estimated weeks since conception rather than the traditional dating method used by the dr so just add 2 weeks x

Pregnancies date from last period so for the first two weeks of the pregnancy you haven’t actually conceived. It is weird but it is how it is usually counted.

If the first day of your last period was about 19 August that would make you just over 7 weeks now. That would fit with your estimated conception date of about 1 September.

Pregnancy is counted from the start of your last period (with slight adjustments after first scan) the whole way through. But some tests show as 1-2 weeks which is really misleading. You're never really 1-2 weeks pregnant because 2 weeks is always roughly when you actually conceived.

Thank you for your responses, I think I've just been over-thinking it 🙃
