Hi everyone, I got a positive on a 12dp5dt and I'm 4 weeks 4 days pregnant. Last night i had a tense dream which must have caused me to tense my body and triggered the most intense pain in my right ovary (usually I get twinges in the left ovary - this is obviously more than just a twinge). The pain spread an achy intense pain all over the vulva, lower abdomen, lower back and thighs. I went straight to the bathroom and for a brief moment had diarrhoea though it was shortlived and the stool went back to normal quickly, I also broke out in a sweat. This all lasted about 7 minutes and then calmed down to the usual mild cramps that I constantly have.
I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this before, and if I should be worried? I will of course be calling the nurse today to explain what happened, but my mind is going mad thinking all sorts so thought I'd post this in hope that someone may be able to relate? I am wondering if it's ectopic or miscarriage - though I've had no bleeding or spotting at all. Or could it be linked to my adenomyosis? 🤷🏻♀️
