I am really panicking now as was eating a burger at a restaurant and then realised it was really pink in the middle (people i was with also agreed it was really pink)

And i am now worrying about toxiplasmosis (i actually had a test for toxoplasmosis not too recently and i wasnt immune so deffo not had it before)

Panicking a bit if i am honest (15 weeks pregnant)

It's natural to panic but you will be fine. I know it's only someone online and you will dismiss this as your mind is in absolutely everything will go wrong mode but pregnant women have survived and flourished and have had healthy pregnancies and babies on much worse and much less than a burger that was pink in the middle (also not helpful for you but apparently the 'posher' places say that is how they should be cooked).
Good luck. Positive thoughts to you.

It'll be fine, all the food rules are super super cautious and it's incredibly unlikely eating a pink burger will cause a problem - places that serve burgers slightly pink this will also have stringent food safety measures in place!

Yes chances are it will be fine, I'm sure I ate a pink burger in my last pregnancy at about the same time. Baby is 18 months now and fine.

Don't panic! That will be worse for you. Tons of women have eaten things they shouldn't during pregnancy and everything has been fine. Some women don't even know they're pregnant at 15 weeks so aren't being careful at all! Don't make a habit of it but honestly, try not to worry xxx
