handhold 30 weeks bleeding

up at hospital with a bright red bleed, not much but still it was on par. urine fine, baby fine on monitor. i feel fine, blood pressure good and no pain.placenta is posterior so not that. cervix is long and closed. had bleeding all in first trimester, stopped at 10 weeks, was a hematoma. started clexane 3 days ago now this bleeding started. don’t know its connected. in overnight but so fed up and scared xx

Scary for you. I had bright red blood at 11w and again at 18w due to cervical ectropion (hormonal changes). Baby was fine. Hope all OK for you.

I had bright red blood numerous times after 30 weeks due to a polyp which apparently are very common in pregnancy and the strain of the weight can make them bleed. Really hoping it is something simple like that
