Thank you isaidno.

Brain said it was fine, but thought I should check.

seafood is fine as long as it is cooked and hot. I am currently eating Eat's Clam Chowder soup for lunch!

Goldiewithabump · 03/06/2008 14:30

mmm... eat soup.

Had to convince myself that I don't need to eat their pies every day :-)

Food in tins is completely sterile. It's fine to eat it cold!

Don't know, but you can't eat GULLS' EGGS. I know this is a bit of a non sequitur but I bought some the other week at vast expense, when they were in their very short season, but when I checked the governmental guidelines it said that they weren't recommended for pregnant women as they could have absorbed a high level of pollution!

isaidno · 04/06/2008 07:59

Gull's eggs sound absolutely disgusting - pregnant or not!

LadyThompson · 04/06/2008 10:29

Ha ha. Pollution aside they are actually supposed to have a high level of nutrients. Eggs is eggs ain't they? I mean, quail eggs taste like chicken's eggs. They're just littler.

so shrimps are ok too then?
