I am 7 weeks pregnant and i have had sore boobs, bloating, round ligament pain, morning sickness, fatigue and food aversions but some days its very strong and other days its barely noticeable, i am asking because i heard somewhere that a loss of symptoms can mean miscarriage, i dont think the symptoms are entirely gone but today i feel almost normal and its scaring me. Thank you ❤️
I forgot to ask is this normal?

In my first trimester I had the odd day of feeling fine and it used to make me spiral. I’d endlessly google stories of people saying the same thing! Towards the end of my second trimester now and baby is thriving😊

I had bleeding at 4 weeks, sickness for a measly 3 days then everything stopped.
I had no symptoms at all. Apart from being a little tired.

Im currently 33 weeks and getting my hospital bag ready!

Loss of symptoms doesnt always mean miscarriage, you can have all the symptoms and still have a MC.

If you are concerned please speak to a professional!

Try not to worry. I didn’t lose any symptoms when I had my miscarriage and in fact I continued feeling sick for ages afterwards until I got a negative test! So it really doesn’t mean anything.

Hey @Jenny124501congratulations! I am also 7 weeks pregnant. I can completely relate to feeling worried over symptoms. I've had very mild/no symptoms and was convinced it was because something was wrong. I had an early scan two days ago and all is well.

My point being, you really can't read into symptoms. Some people get it bad, others get hardly any and its totally normal for them to fluctuate.

Are you able to get an early scan for some reassurance?

Glad you've got a scan booked in! I know the wait feels painfully long 😂

One time I was googling 'Why have my cramps stopped at 6 weeks pregnant' and as I was searching my cramps came back so I immediately googled 'are cramps normal at 6 weeks pregnant' and realised there are no symptoms or lack of symptoms that would stop me worrying 😅 it's just a really anxious time and all you can do is try and be kind to yourself. Let us know how you get on on Tuesday 😊
