Best go to your nearest pharmacy and ask them, surely?

LizzieLogan · 26/09/2025 11:49

Manuka honey, the best you can afford. A teaspoon on its own twice a day and a teaspoon in hot water with lemon.

(and ignore Trump and his ridiculous pronouncement about paracetamol)

Sliceofbattenberg · 26/09/2025 11:51

Paracetamol and inhaling over hot water in case it’s post-nasal drip.
Unfortunately the pharmacist won’t have much to give you because it’s rubbish being pregnant.

Fab! I couldn’t take anything much through pregnancy - I’m allergic to all sorts of drugs, which ruled out the few things the pharmacist would give me. Manuka was miraculous.
