Prenatal vitamin advice?

Hey,

I was having pregnacare but I was getting terrible constipation and acne!!

any really good prenatals that avoid this?

I only took folic acid.

I had the same issue with pregnacare so I switched to seven seas (now in a red box) they have two tablets, your vitamin and folic acid and omega 3, haven’t had any issues with it with any of my pregnancies 😊

Active iron pregnancy has a "gentle" version of iron and slow release vitamins. Pregnacare made me feel so sick, so I switched to this and no issues now!

I took Proceive, they are quite big capsules though.
