What are the chances of 6 faint positive tests? X

Yep they look positive

minipie · 24/09/2025 14:27

Stop taking more tests! You are pregnant!

PurpleTurtleMoose · 24/09/2025 14:28

They look positive to me too. You could always try a different brand if you're worried about this being a bad batch? I believe the chances of that are low though

Lola1212 · 24/09/2025 14:40

I didn’t think of them being a bad batch xx

I’m struggling to believe it, I did a digital 2 days ago and it was negative, but every other test has a faint pink line x

My tests were fainter than those and they were positive

TeddySchnauzer · 24/09/2025 14:47

Congratulations! Not believing it, is a relatively normal defence mechanism to protect your feelings from rejection but you needn’t because you’re almost certainly pregnant. I’d say at least 3-4 weeks if I compare to the strength mine were, followed by a CB digital which said 1-2

Thank you for understanding, I’ve just popped to Asda to pick up another and it’s positive again. I read lots of things about false positives 😩

False positives are very rare.

If you really feel you can’t trust the tests, you can ask the GP to confirm with a blood test. Although I would maybe wait another couple of weeks as by then you’ll hopefully be trusting the home tests.

statetrooperstacey · 24/09/2025 19:09

Because if it’s bad news you don’t want to believe it and think ‘faint line’ =🤞 it’s wrong. And if it’s happy news you think faint line’ = might be wrong , can’t believe it and get too excited, don’t ‘feel’ pregnant ( too early , give it a couple of weeks) . But yes , I think you’re pregnant, false positives are rare. The test from a couple of days ago is irrelevant . Congratulations!! They’re not all wrong!!

Congratulations
