Drank Pepsi max in week 4

Hi. I’m 17dpo. Getting positive tests since few days & since day before getting really strong lines.

yesterday went to Pizza Hut to celebrate a few things. I stupidly drank a few sips of Pepsi max from my husbands glass. May be totalling to half a glass or less.

woke up in middle of night with weird stretching sensations in stomach. And read about not drinking diet sodas at all in pregnancy.

im now worried that I have destroyed everything.

did anyone drink diet soda in early pregnancy & went on to have safe pregnancy?

Step away from the crank literature. I was told I’d miscarried just before Christmas - so I celebrated Christmas as usual - there was plenty of alcohol involved.

10 days later I went for a scan as I still had bleeding to see if I needed surgery only to discover a 12 week foetus camped out in my uterus (so I was also 4 weeks more pregnant than the date of my last period had indicated)

I just dropped the perfectlg healthy, hormonally stroppy 12 year old off at school this morning.

Oh eat what you want drink mostly what you want I wouldn't have my tribe of kids if I didn't lol

The stretching sensation is totally normal and not related to the Pepsi, it's just the uterus changing - will stop soon.

What is a woman supposed to drink in pregnancy?? Just water? No, thanks.
