Second trimester nipple pain

Has anyone experienced sudden sharp nipple pain in their second trimester? I am 23+6 weeks, I had some very tender breasts early in pregnancy and they have grown plenty, but they have been pretty comfortable for some time now. I have noticed occasionally in the last few weeks brief moments when one or both of my nipples are quite painful, like a bad itch, but that has passed very quickly. Today, when I went for a shower, it was a sharp and unrelenting pain, it improved slightly once I got dressed and eventually subsided once I had put a jumper on. Could it be related to the cooler weather somehow? I haven't read anything about this kind of pain in my various books, so is it abnormal symptom or should I speak to someone?

Do you have raynauds?

You can also get this in your nipples, and the cold weather will trigger it.

I have only ever experienced this while pregnant.

@MidnightPatrol never experienced it before, although I do historically not have great circulation, wouldn't I notice it in my hands etc. As well?
