So over the course of this evening I’ve had some what look like positive tests, although I did look at them after the recommended timeframes but they don’t look like evap lines. So thought I’d do a digital and it says not pregnant? I opened it up and there are 3 lines which apparently means pregnant? So am I pregnant and just super early or am I’m not pregnant😂🤦🏽‍♀️

Opening up a digital and trying to interpret it is bonkers.

Firstly, how many DPO are you?

Chicken123 · 12/09/2025 21:10

I didn’t know you could do it but a friend told me to🤷🏻‍♀️ and not sure about dpo as don’t track my ovulation

3 lines in a digital does not mean pregnant at all, they always have 3. The only accurate result on a digital is the one on the screen so- not pregnant.

ComfortFoodCafe · 12/09/2025 21:11

Your not pregnant. All digitals have 3 lines.

Chicken123 · 12/09/2025 21:11

@Mrsttcno1 Okay okay, sorry I didn’t know. I’m just asking that’s all

If you're still early, a digital can show not pregnant. In fact my digital didnt show up until til 9 days after missed period but postive on red dyes. Wait a few days and test again. Those red dye look positive to me x

Chicken123 · 12/09/2025 21:40

@sellthebigissue thank you, I will test again in a few days and see what’s going on 😊🤞🏼 x

The pink strip ones look positive. It’s probably just too early for the digital, test again in a couple of days

Chicken123 · 13/09/2025 07:42

@user2848502016 ive done a test this morning first thing and I can’t see anything. I just don’t understand why my period hasn’t arrived. It’s so weird. My app says in 4 days late

Sometimes it's possible to just have a wonky cycle OP.

Chicken123 · 13/09/2025 07:56

@Uphighseesky really? I’ve been off contraception since May so only had a few cycles and this month is taking a long time to arrive so hopefully it arrives soon x

Yeah, mine was once a whole week late, negative tests throughout

Chicken123 · 13/09/2025 08:30

@Uphighseesky annoying but also reassuring x

Ive had a blip in hormones too and missed periods. Like missed the whole month and came on when my following period was due. Its quite common. They say if you miss 3 in a row to see the GP. X

Eagerlywaiting1990 · 13/09/2025 21:49

@Chicken123 tests look positive to me too....but if theyre getting lighter then maybe its been a chemical? 😮‍💨

Chicken123 · 13/09/2025 21:57

@Eagerlywaiting1990 well that’s why I’m confused because had negatives then these positives then stark white negatives and the negative clear blue they got darker and then back to stark white again so I don’t think I am/was pregnant in the first place x

@Chicken123 I thought it was really rare to get a false negative on a pink dye test. Either way sorry you're going through this xx

Chicken123 · 14/09/2025 20:12

@Eagerlywaiting1990 I know, that’s what I thought too. Never mind. I’m 5 days late now so I’m hoping my period comes soon x

You could have had a chemical pregnancy? That would make you late and digital tests don’t always pick them up
