Hi,

I had a miscarriage in Feb and got pregnant in April again and had old blood/spotting - i went to EPU and was given Cyclogest. My baby boy now has hypospodias - i am devestated that i caused this by taking progeseterone and wonder if I even needed this as it was old blood and not clean fresh heavy bleeding? i am 41. thoughts please to make me feel better as i am devestated that i caused problems...

Did you read the comments on your thread from 2 days ago about this same issue? No need to be devastated.

There are risks being an older mother.
I wouldnt place it on the progesterone as many women take progesterone. Even from ovulation. So it cant be an issue with progesterone.

Looking at your last post and this one you seem to have issues that you child is going to be born with some sort of issue. Again as an older woman having a child there are risks which you probably should have looked into.

That being said you've first considered a termination over something that can be surgically fixed and now you are upset because you feel like you've taken progesterone and caused an issue.

It can happen to anyone, im sorry this may come across as me being an arse, but in the nicest way possible at this point i would probably speak to your midwife and gain some help regarding your emotional stability and your mental health. You cannot carry on this way.
