Headaches

Hi all,

I have noticed since turning 16 weeks I have been experiencing headaches. Mainly across my forehead/eyebrows.

I went to my midwife apt and BP is normal and urine test.

Has anyone else had headaches?

Hi. I’m a little over 20 weeks and I started with headaches around a month ago. I have to say they haven’t improved.

my BP is creeping up slightly so I’m starting twice weekly monitoring. You’re doing all you can checking yours with the midwife and testing urine.

Just keep an eye on it, they’re are annoying me slightly I have to admit! But I’m putting them down to hormonal changes at the moment and that won’t last forever.

You should see an optician. The shape of the eyeball changes in pregnancy and sometimes eye strain can cause headaches. Worth getting checked.

hi, are your iron levels ok? I had terrible headaches and was quite anaemic which I think caused the headaches x

This. My prescription for my glasses completely changed in pregnancy!
