Everytime I wipe I get speckles of blood , and tonight spots like this. I'm 6 weeks

Spotting or some (non painful, not too heavy) bleeding seems to be pretty common and not necessarily a problem in early pregnancy, you'd need an early scan to tell you for sure what is happening though - you could try your local early pregnancy unit and ask for a scan, they should see you if you're bleeding (that's what my EPU do anyway).

I had spotting for the first few weeks of my pregnancy which turned out to be a subchorionic haematoma but had to get a scan to find that out/see if everything was looking as it should
