Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice before I take a pregnancy test because I think I’m being silly and personally think the chances of me being pregnant are extremely low

i had a one night stand on the 20/08 , I’m not on contraception and he put a condom on after 2 minutes of sex (I would of been ovulating which I know is extremely silly) my period was due 05/09 but arrived 10 days early on the 26/08, 6 days after sex , which means I had 2 periods in August which has never happened before , the period was like a normal period so I wasn’t thinking implantation bleeding or anything.

the last few days I’ve had a lot of cramping like another period is about to start and my next period isn’t due for another 2 weeks. My gums keeps bleeding they are so sensitive atm.

I would say I’m definitely not pregnant but I will take a test just to check.

has anyone had a period like this a week after sex and was pregnant?

I don't think anyone can answer this. I think you should just take a test.

he didn’t wear a condom for the first 2 minutes so I would worry about pre cum but isn’t that extremely unlikely? I suppose I’m being really silly saying as my period came after we had sex but it’s strange it came so early , I’ll take a just to see however really doubt it

yeah I know I’m just looking to see if anyone was ever in a similar position where a period came early after sex and they were pregnant

I’d just take a test, it’s the only way to find out regardless of any of the circumstances around it

Did you do a test, OP?

I'm struggling to care. Just take a test, then you'll know and can take it from there. Don't take silly risks going forward.
