6 weeks 1 day pregnant today and I have no symptoms. I don’t think so anyway. What symptoms did everyone have at this stage, if any? It’s making me anxious but also wondering if it’s too early still. I have no breast tenderness, they still feel the same. And no nausea. I should add, I have lost two pregnancies between 6 and 7 weeks hence my anxiety and overthinking.

Hi @SouthernBee no pregnancy symptoms can be normal. It varies between person and between pregnancy. I find my symptoms come and go (which does make me anxious too). You could ask for a private reassurance scan to make sure all is progressing?

Yes, I think I will go for a reassurance scan around 8 weeks, if I can wait that long. I feel like in all my previous pregnancies I have had symptoms by now. I know some people don’t have any, so I shouldn’t worry, but it is hard not to overthink it.

I had no symptoms between 4-6.5 weeks, similarly worried and then it hit HARD at 7. Nausea, bitter taste in my mouth and food aversions, boobs are bigger, fatigue and needing constant naps. I’m 9 weeks now and no sign of letting up. I’ve had 2 good scans now (last a few days ago) so there’s definitely a baby growing in there as it should.

I too had 2 MMCs where baby stopped between 6 and 7 weeks so understand the anxiety. With my first i had no real symptoms but spotting, with my second i had same symptoms as now even though it never got past 6.5 weeks and measured 10 days behind the whole time. So I don’t think symptoms are a reliable indicator of the health of pregnancy. Scans are much more reliable so definitely get one between 7-8 weeks for re-assurance.

Thanks, I’m waking up everyday hoping to feel rubbish. I just want to feel something and then this would feel more real I think.

I know the symptoms don’t mean much, not really, but it’s hard to ease the anxiety.
