I'm currently 8w3d pregnant after IVF and keen to start exercising again.

Prior to my IVF treatment I exercised 3-4 times a week, usually weight training with some cardio.
I'm a bit lost of how to safely train, what to train/exercise whilst keeping safe during this pregnancy.

Would love any advice.

@KJS89 congratulations on your pregnancy.
Im also an ivf pregnancy, my midwife said as long as my body is used to it then it's fair game...just to keep the weights light.

Congrats! Ive heard from my PT not to do anything lying on my back, and to ensure that I am properly hydrated with enough calories before a workout

You can exercise the way you always did, so you can weight train still. Obviously don’t go mad doing Kipling pull-ups, but as long as you’re sensible, you can still do what you normally do, just listen to your body.
