Morning sickness starting in 14th week?

I thought I turned the corner around week 12 when I started to gradually feel less nauseous (I had it light first trimester, just could not be around any food with any flavour in it) but today in the morning I was sick, for the first time. Is it possible it is pregnancy related sickness? And it it is, what is the physiological mechanism?

Yeah I'd say so. When my morning sickness eased off I'd have a couple of good days and then a rubbish day. I'd say by week 18 it was totally gone
