Just wondering as I'm having Dash drinks as a substitute to fizzy drinks, I really like the taste and the fact that it's sugar free.
is the sparkling aspect an issue while pregnant? I remember something about carbonated drinks not being great for pregnant women.

I'm having Dash daily with food.....

It's just sparkling water, it's absolutely fine.

I needed cans of Starbucks chilled coffee so carbonated water is extremely virtuous! (I also ate Vicks vapour rub and I'm still not sure if that was better or worse than the caffeine)

I must’ve consumed my body weight in Tesco blackberry and white grape sparkling water when I was pregnant. My DS is fine! Flavoured sparkling water is better than no water.

Me too, OP. I can't really afford the rate I'm going through the cans of it Grin. I've never heard anything about pregnant women avoiding carbonation - my midwife suggested sparkling water/fizzy drinks/whatever liquids I could keep down when I was struggling with nausea/sickness and feeling very guilty that I couldn't stomach still water.

Also never heard anything about carbonated drinks being bad. Just have the fizzy drinks - you could put your child through private school paying for a can of dash a day for 9 months!
