Hey,

Looking for any experiences of people that was measuring small at 7 weeks, please?

I had a scan last week that should have been a 7 weeks scan but I've to go back this week for rescanning as I was measuring small.

I should have been 7+1 / 7+2 as I had a triggershot this cycle so know when ovulation occurred.

I asked if measuring small is a concern and he said no aslong as it's no more than 3 days but didn't say how small I was measuring.

Any experiences, good or bad is appreciated.

As far as I’m aware measurements don’t mean that much so early on in terms of accuracy. I was always 3-4 days behind where I thought I should be at early scans and nobody was ever concerned. I’m sure I was told they can be out by 5 days and it’s not a problem.

I was measuring 3 days behind at my 7 week scan (IVF baby so dates were exact), I was nervous too but nurse said anything less than a week is fine. Baby caught up in subsequent scans. Good luck OP.
