Lines too light?!

Should I expect darker lines at 14dpo? Period due today. Usually get faint positives around 10 dpo in previous pregnancies.

It can be so hard to tell. My current pregnancy started with really light lines but they did progress and I'm currently 9 weeks. I would do another test in 2 days time and see if the lines darken. I tested daily at the beginning but it's hard to see progression daily. I have attached the test i took at 14DPO for reference.
