Back pain- anything that helps?

I am 22 weeks pregnant with my first child and have had lower back pain for the last few weeks which got worse after i had a particularly mad cleaning session yesterday (i know i shouldnt have, i was like a woman possessed!)I try to practice yoga which helps to a certain extent, i try to correct my posture as much as i can with the weight that is on the other side of it, and sit/ stand up straight with my pelvis tucked under, but i still just cannot get comfy, unless im on all fours ( not very practical!) or laid down.
Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

When I have had back ache (and I am now 37+5) I have found that a wheat bag or a heat pack is the best thing.

Also sitting on my birth ball (it's really my gym ball) has helped although I am now waiting for DH to add more air into it as I have sat on it so much I now cannot get off it on my own

If nothing else works look at the fact that you are now counting down to DDay rather than up and it may make you feel slightly better
