Sorry TMI

Im 7 weeks pregnant tomorrow today I've started spotting with period type cramps I'm terrified I'm going out my mind i can't have a scan until Monday at the epu I've had 3 previous early losses before 6 weeks gestation all started the same same with spotting is any of this normal to have some spotting and cramps at 7 weeks.

Epu won't put me on progesterone until I've had a scan to confirm location and viability of the pregnancy i dont know what to do I went to hospital they said they cant do anything because I'm.not an emergency.

I'm.thinkng the worst again 😔 has anyone been through this at near 7 weeks.

I still have sore breasts and bloating with slight nausea not sure if that's a good things still.

It could go either way. Nobody will be able to tell you what's happening inside your body unless they scan you/check your bloods.
There is nothing you can do to prevent it if it is a mc and stressing over it won't help if it isn't
Although I do very much understand the heartbreak and the anxiety of the unknown and going through it all again.
Best thing to do it take it easy and try to tale your mind off it until Monday at the epu.
Fingers crossed for you op

No it can't be prevented I'm just going with the flow and taking each day as it comes having been through it 3 times I know what to expect it awful but never gets easier I will update when I been for my scan.

Fingers crossed for you. If it gives you comfort, I had a bleed at 8 weeks (on a Saturday morning and couldn’t scan until the Monday either - horrible wait) and baby was fine.
