Any idea how I can help throbbing leg paracetamol deep heat and baths not working don’t have the energy for PT I am being induced in two weeks and I am fairy active anyway

Do you have anyone (partner, family) etc who can massage you? I find this works the best for me. Focus on thigh/glutes area, anywhere that feels like it hits the spot.

I dont think deep heat is recommended in pregnancy, unless you've been given the ok by a clinician.
