Sudden period type cramps at 11 weeks? Having had none before?

Has anybody experienced this?

Ive had zero cramps all pregnancy and now a sudden onset of mild period cramps which feels random to me.

Do you have a scan coming up?

@Whoateallthesoddingbiscuitsi went for a scan last night to check and thankfully was ok. Still having the mild period cramps a bit today so not sure if it’s just things growing.

Glad all was ok.

I had period-like cramps all throughout my first trimester with my first pregnancy (and on and off cramps with my second but a bit more intense). Was told that it’s just the uterus expanding. As long as there’s no bleeding, you’re usually fine :)

Thank you @AudreyJL it’s so cruel of nature to make the cramps feel so similar to make us panic.
