Clearblue 1-2 weeks but 18dpo

Hi ladies,

I think I’m 18dpo but clearblue is saying 1-2 weeks pregnant - surely it should be 2-3? Took the test after drinking 500 ml of water - would that have affected it?

Clear blue goes from when you conceived not from your LMP, when was your ovulation date?

Sounds about right considering if you have a normal period of 28 days.
You ovulate 14 days after your period. (Supposedly)

@tinseltits21 I am experiencing exactly the same. How did yours turn out, if you don’t mind sharing?

18dpo is over two weeks since conception.

@StrawberryPiall fine, I stopped doing the clearblue tests as I realised they could be very unreliable and cause anxiety where it is not necessary

Oh this is fantastic news!! Congratulations, and thank you for putting my mind at ease, I’ve been spiralling a bit 🤦‍♀️

I only took the test on a whim cos it was leftover from a pack - so stupid!!

@StrawberryPidefo throw them all out, I have a special hatred reserved for clearblue after the anxiety they caused me!
